Actress Neeta Dhungana is suffering from kidney stone. The doctors have suggested her to undergo a surgery to remove the stone.

Neeta went to Medicare Hospital after excessive pain in her tummy. The doctors found stone in her kidney. When the effects of the stone didn’t subside after using a medicine and drinking a lot of water for a week, the doctor suggested her to undergo surgery.

A well known actress and model of music videos, Shilpa Pokharel is going to debut in big screen Nepali movie in Chhabi Raj Ojha’s ‘Lazza’. Actress Arunima Lamsal has admitted that doing bed scenes after marriage are easier. In an interview, Arunima analyzed marriage and acting career of Nepali actresses.

Arunima believes, the married actresses in Nepali film industry are more talked about that the unmarried ones. She has observed the success rate rise in Nepali actress after marriage. Arunima says, the subject is not about marriage. It is about the talent. If the artist is capable, being married or not doesn’t make much different.

About bed scenes, Arunima told that it is much easier to act in a bed scene after marriage. She didn’t elaborate the reasons like being experienced or feeling safe during the act. By her statement, the mother of a child is willing to be featured in steamy bed scene in movies.  Arunima is waiting the release of two of her movies ‘Urbashi’ and ‘Pipal’ in near future.

Sipora is the national volleyball player of Nepal. Rekha Thapa’s dialogue about wife’s underwear under fire for her New Movie KALI 2013

A dialogue in Rekha Thapa‘s upcoming movie ‘Kali‘ has created a controversy among the women right groups. In a trailer released recently, Rekha is shown saying, "This uniform is not like your wife’s underwear that you can take off at your will."

Women rights advocates claim that the statement implies that husbands can have their will over wives. Under the law in Nepal, wives and husbands have equal right and no one can force the other to do things against his/her will. When a husbands removes his wife’s underwear against her will, the law says that, it is a rape and the husband is subjected to legal action. With such a statement, Rekha Thapa is accused of degrading women’s right.

In a Facebook post, Rekha has asked the opinion of her friends on the dialogue.
